Hello Families,

My name is Mindy Redmond; welcome to 2nd grade!  

I grew up in Torrance, got my Bachelor  Degree and teaching credential from Chico State University.  I currently live with my son Jack in South Torrance and love going to the beach, traveling to new places, walking in my neighborhood, swimming, trying new receipes and going to the movies.

I love teaching and believe in the whole child approach; teaching not just academic skills but social and emotional skills as well.  In this classroom we practice positive thinking, being polite and kind and showing gratitude.
